Sallery delay every month No any fixed date . No any policy relieving process very bad When someone gives a reason, the HR department closes the gate for that person from that very day and the next day, that person is not allowed to enter the company and then HR department did not pay salary back month sallery and current month sallery . HR & company MD not paying sallery . Bad politics HR & MD company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
