Nice people. Emerging with trends. Open for experiments and R&D. People with good sense of humour.

Dislikes

Didn’t encourage CI/CD, which is time tested working model with great benefits that other companies are leveraging. Less importance given for employees work life balance. Prefers jugad fixes for time being rather than long time elegant solutions because of time scarcity.

Even the higher management is quite unsure of the product they are building. I haven't met a single person knowing the entire workflow. "Just patch it when it comes" kind of software development methodology.
