When I was working, I did not give my service money in case of sickness, then how can it help anyone ? They only give assurance only to improve their image.

Dislikes

This trust is not favorable for employees. This Institute only gives high assurance to the employees at the time of joining & working but does not full fill them. I have very high experience with this Institute. I have already provided 6 years of service with this organization. I have not given 50000/- Rupees for my service along with other employees for the last 3 years.

All the high officials were very happy with my work and also praised my work very much including the owner of the trust.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
