Work culture is good . The infrastructure of the school is better . Maintenance of the punctuality and flexibility of the work timings.

Dislikes

1.There are less washrooms for the teachers 2. The school is so far away from the city .. so commuting is expensive

Student are studies.

Dislikes

Internal politics, Long working hours than the working times. Mostly you have to wait till 6.30pm. No respect for teachers at all.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
