Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Micro management at it’s peak!! 1. They will monitor your in/out timings. 2. They will monitor your Laptop timings. Like how much time you have spent on your laptop. If it’s less than 8.5 hours then your salary will be deducted. If you attend your meetings with fellow colleagues in a meeting without yourlaptop then that time can’t be detected by your laptop. (Strange!!) 3. At the end of the day, you have to fill a “DSR Form” in which you have to mention which tasks have you performed in a day with actual hours. If your manager finds that you have taken extra hours due to some dependencies then it’s totally your fault. 4. I worked for them for around 1.75 months and out of that I only had actual work for 8-9 days. Other than that I just had to pass time in the office. So you cannot search any thing from the laptop because your laptop’s screen is visible to the manager. (Again strange!!) 5. Don’t get drawn away from all the good reviews from other employees. As it’s not their fault. It’s a company policy to write reviews on Glassdoor and Ambitionbox in your first month. If you do not write the reviews then your salary of the first month will not be processed. (Again Strange!!) !! Be AWARE to join this type of organisation !!

I am genuinely writing this review. No fake content at all. I do not have a single point to write good about Sapphire. They treat an employee like a slave. You have to work work and only work. No matter it is 10pm and you are still working or it is Saturday and you have to be at office.

Dislikes

They have a bulk of interns and then they hire an employee who has 1.5 years of exp and expect to work like minimum 6 years of exp. When they are no satisfied they fire you and in the mail it would be written as after n number of reviews we thought you are not upto the mark and trust me they did not had a single review meeting. Trust me the worst company ever.
