Good training but too detailed structure

Too much work in training they might utilize you as team member at restaurant when they have shortage of people on that they will not consider your hard work in return, managers of operations and HR are so egoistic they don't stand with Sapphire culture, no job security at all they just find a chance to fire you and not give you a second chance.

No one will takes the responsibility the restaurant manager wants to take the blame for everything. Also company opens the restaurant in remote places or places that not suitable for the Restaurant business

You will have to do the work even after 8 hours and you will have to be available on phone all the time and keep giving updates 24hours and your family life will be spoiled.
