This organisation rewarded as Great Place to Work but turned into Worst Place to work when it got listed into Stock Market. No people culture at all attrition is all time high no retaintion strategy . Only work pressure . No personal life at all. Manager can contact even in midnight for status as he also get pressurized from Top.
