Good training but too detailed structure

Dislikes

Too much work in training they might utilize you as team member at restaurant when they have shortage of people on that they will not consider your hard work in return, managers of operations and HR are so egoistic they don't stand with Sapphire culture, no job security at all they just find a chance to fire you and not give you a second chance.
