Nothing except that getting salary on time has become a leisure.

Dislikes

No personal life, be it weekends, be it holidays, you are required to work 24/7 if laws would had not prevented it. There is not work prioritization or proper planning. Lot of old timers at the senior level and have the ancient mindset of getting work done. I am currently working with them , it is an Israel based company , Israel management is pathetic , they don't take care of India, country head doesn't take any decision by himself , always waits for guidance from Israel , all senior management is leaving the company as soon as they get Job so they are not laid off . Recently 60 to 70 employees lay off happened in the company without any reason and we heard that everything was handled only by HR and there was no senior manager involved to handle the situation since there will be too many chaos Stay away or you will loose career...Read More
