Micro management - you have to write every one hour what you have done in timesheet, yet it wont be approved easily. Approver will question you on everything what you have written in timesheet. Approver wont approve timesheet on weekly basis but monthly basis. Here the mesh starts if it comes to re-correction complete one month timesheet should be corrected checking every hour. Every single timesheet they reject the timesheet they will come up with new rule. Team leads wont be friendly with the team members and barely TLs attend the team or office meetups. No work life balance here , you get the pings from TLs when you are about to logout and then we have to extend the hours. If something goes wrong with you, TLs will disrespect you in front of all team member's. 100% I WONT RECOMMEND DEVOPS engineers to join this rude company....Read More
