Everyone expect return as per their performance. But sometimes it doesn't happen. If you do anything apart from your work related to customer by staying late in night and in weekend also. So for that instead of appreciation get this one is expected from you. Few of the works don't consider during the appraisal even it is small but it is very important for customer.

Generally saying, my work is challenging as I have to look day to day business of client and all issues need to be resolve in same day. I can't delay it for tomorrow even for evening also. Sometimes I was handed over a work which was completely new to me.
