Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work- life balance Snacks Open door policy Working environment Great Co- Founders, they all were very humble and a great attitude, good to work with!

Dislikes

Politics, feedback wasn’t taken into consideration much Appraisal is also not that great Unnecessary weekly calls as same topic discussed every week; could arrange a fortnightly discussion instead Career growth wise it didn’t seem to be very positive
