- Great work-life balance. (probably a bit too good) - Culture ensures that all the people around are fun to work with, most are genuinely good people.

Dislikes

- Very slow growth - Extremely slow processes for every single task - Re-org every 2 years, leading to endless cycles of the same strategy discussions - Pay lesser than average - share price very unstable , so no clear long term benefit of getting shares
