It is a nice experience got from tu there. More i can learn from this organization. And working with my team is really enjoyable, more support get from colleagues and we worked very happily.

Dislikes

Everything is fine, unfortunately I had worked more than 5 years, but they not confirmed to take as next post. But I learned more from them it helps to move on my next level in current company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
