1. HOD Behavior, Abusive language use. Treats employees as slave. Insults and humiliates at every smallest mistake. 2. No Sympathy towards your mental, physical health of yours and your family. Sometimes HOD asked employees to bring tea for them. I had suffered a lot in my 1 year tenure. i was told to work from 8.00AM to 7.30 on average while office hours were 8.00AM to 5.30PM. 3. HOD used to call and demand work/ Reports any time whether 8.00PM , 10PM, 11PM, 12.00AM. Every saturday and sunday i was forced to work on reports which had no importance on monday. 4. Every employee had to respond his call in every situation- Sleeping, eating, urinating, bathing, . if calls not received he shouted very badly with abusive languages . 5. Every time even on smaller mistakes HOD used, words such as " i will kick you out'. No Job security and work life balance at all. 6. More than 10+ Resignations in 10 months but management never thought reason behind. Nothing to like. Pathetic management and work culture. No system and process defined.

Dislikes

No design rights, only product issue support, production shortage part support and coordination job. It's a support dept not R&D dept. Nothing to learn new skills and knowledge. Zero investment on employee training and skill development but expectation of work is A1. There is no timeline decided, everything is important and urgent.
