1. HOD Behavior, Abusive language use. Treats employees as slave. Insults and humiliates at every smallest mistake. 2. No Sympathy towards your mental, physical health of yours and your family. Sometimes HOD asked employees to bring tea for them. I had suffered a lot in my 1 year tenure. i was told to work from 8.00AM to 7.30 on average while office hours were 8.00AM to 5.30PM. 3. HOD used to call and demand work/ Reports any time whether 8.00PM , 10PM, 11PM, 12.00AM. Every saturday and sunday i was forced to work on reports which had no importance on monday. 4. Every employee had to respond his call in every situation- Sleeping, eating, urinating, bathing, . if calls not received he shouted very badly with abusive languages . 5. Every time even on smaller mistakes HOD used, words such as " i will kick you out'. No Job security and work life balance at all. 6. More than 10+ Resignations in 10 months but management never thought reason behind. Basically there is nothing to like about SANY. Specially about R&D dept, which has been headed by a useless HoD, who don't have any clue about how R&D dept functions. No use of his IIT and IIM degrees since he dont know how to treat people.
Dislikes
1. You will hardly find a person in R&D dept (including people who have left SANY recently) to whom HoD had not threatened with his favourite dialogue "Tereko uthake bahar fek dunga" 2. I haven't seen such egocentric, arrogant, fiendish, abusive & unethical person as HoD in my professional carrer. Don't be surprised if you get his call during late night asking for a report or an information which he has to provide to management. 3. R&D Hod has a special ability to empoison the management's ear about his own employees to save his skin. Specially to R&D director. Also, his favourite job is doing politics between employees. 4. R&D director who blindly listens to R&D HoD. He takes decision without knowing the ground reality and make people suffer just because R&D HoD misleads him with wrong information. 5. No core design is happening in Sany R&D dept, moreover it is sales and sevice support They just need to focus on shortages and field visits to attend customer complaints. 6. More that 16+ employees left from Sany's R&D dept in last 10 months under the third class leadership of HoD and still count is going on. Many of the existing employees are desperately looking for an opportunity outside the SANY. 7. SANY china is totally clueless on what is happening in Sany India R&D dept. The condition of R&D dept could be better if SANY china look into it. 8. Finance dept. functions as it seem to be a brance of SBI bank and HoD behaves like he is an governor of RBI. Getting a job done from finance dept is really a tough nut to crack. 9.
