I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I joined them with much more enthusiasm since it was my first job, I was shocked and understood the impact fake promotion in newspaper and social media . Like they have a CRM which main intention is to treat employees badly. Wont get a salary statement and No process to follow . Work company to work with.. Partiality at its peak no matter how hard u work.. they will appreciate the employees they like... Same in the case of salary increment also.. If u r lucky u will get experience certificate... No incentive.. poor working environment.. you will get only 10 mins for lunch break..

Its a corporate job afterall. Sometimes you have special (paid) events on Sundays too. Taking leaves is not encouraged mostly. Though there is a job security as long as you perform really well, you should be aware that you can be easily replaced
