I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Though spent very less time in this school, but working here is a pride to me. I left the school because of my personal reason. I enjoyed working under the able leadership of Mrs. Batla ( Prinvipal) and Mrs. Kora (HOD Geography).

Nothing to write about dislike about this school. Every moment I enjoyed in this school. Its my bad luck that i had to leave the school.

I worked there as social science teacher as it is CBSC affiliated school , I taught both History and Geography for first few months, later on I was provided only with Geography classes up to 10.No Humanities for 11 and 12.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
