BASICALLY IT WAS A NEW SECTOR FOR ME, BUT THE FACTORY COMES IN THE REGION OF MY NATIVE PLACE , SO MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE WELL KNOWN FOR ME, SO IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL TO HANDLE THEM . ALSO FEW TEAM MEMBERS KNOWS MY FAMILY VERY WELL SO IT HELPS ME TO INCREASE THE WORK EFFICIENCY & SPEED,.Q.C. WORKING TIME WAS NOT FIXED , JOBS ROLES ARE NOT DISTRIBUTED ; I WAS UNABLE TO SPEND FAMILY HRS . MY GROWTH STOPS ON 30 THOUSAND p.m.,WHICH WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE FUTURE OF MY GROWING FAMILY . MOST IMPORTANT IS, I WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION TO MY CHILDREN .
