It's been a one and half year of working here and during this time, I learned a lot from here like Manpower management, how to maintain the relations, how to deal with problems you facing during work and I trained very well technically as well. So overall it's a right stage for me to gain my career in better way in future. As the Job is very responsible,it's quite stressful Sometimes and it's very difficult to deal with unmatured Manpower under our charge. I have to explain their role and responsibilities. Career growth is quite good and management gives the good increment to the deserving employee. But it's unfair for deserving and good performer when someone gets same increment even after he is undeserved and poor performer.Half of the staff is not serious about their role and responsibilities here and not even punctual....Read More
