It's an awesome experience of working their. A wonderful work environment is been setup which is helpful for both fresher's and experienced ones. This school gives a scope of all round development of a child and also gives the faculty an opportunity to come out with an innovative methods in all aspects. Working in this school is quite enjoyable as it doesn't have any external pressure of rushing up with syllabus. Dislikes

It's only the distance that matters as it is located in the interior of the town so it takes sometime to reach and to get any of the things we have to reach town ofcourse it doesn't take more than 15 mins to reach provide if you have vehicle

It's quite exciting as you get encouragement in doing work, so one can explore himself and can bring out his best in the business.

The school environment is so good and calm. Definitely people would love to work over there. There are so many new things I learnt in the school. It's a new experience to me to work in a residential cbse school.

Dislikes

Teachers are not treated properly. Too much work related to school and students. Residential teachers work from morning to evening.

Dislikes

Huge work pressure but no proper benefits. They don't pay you the last month salary even after completion of academic year and giving a one month notice. The director makes stories for not giving you the salary. I haven't received my last month salary from them.
