Changing the principal after every 3 years will be harmful coz the new principal is promoted from VP to the principal. Instead, they should provide a good experience and at least 10 years permanent person. Who will not get a transfer?

In podar they are adding too much paper work which was not necessary. Some time they are giving unnecessary training which is just waste of time. Salary increment is not proper they are giving 8 to 15% to employees. But for new joiners they are offering more salary which was not fair for employees who are working from 5 to 10 years.
