Instead of understanding and listening to the employee's feedback, what they say is right from their perspective sitting in the office room, and they are right all the time what they say.

Working Culture, Hierarchy is very pathetic I wonder what is the role of HR is? Instead of speaking HR-related, he talks about sales, and no support when required of closing deal
