It is an awesome place for working. There is very high job security, work culture and learning. The support from seniors is great. You really feel that you are an important part of the organisation.

Dislikes

Just the perks and YOY appraisals are little lesser than industry. If you can manage without that it is just unreal. But the sad truth is that everyone has to fight with inflation.
