-No proper reporting person.. -No proper food in canteen. -They will suck your entire blood by giving lots of task but they will never appreciate us. -No more work life balance. If you are going to ask a leave, manager will treat u like a idiot. And they will never gave leave for us. Every people in Berigai sanmar definitely have a 50+ leave balance. - Only limited manpower available in tha whole plant, So u need to do more than 3 people work. - At any point of time, Senior Engineer will be the responsible for the housekeeping also. - Manager also treat you like hell and they will scold at any time without have any hesitation. U won't find any peace inside the company ....Read More

1. Most Unethical Organization and HR Driven company. Always use tricks to deduct employees money. 2. Company most of the policy is really worst from other industries 3.
