The company is open for those who wants to work with it. I love to work with this company from the start its a Japanese company with joint venture to Arcc saudi company i enjoy working and learned a lot.but as a bread winner in d family i need to look for a greener pasture or with a higher salary.base on my position before we are 4technician I but now im the only one left and 7 Technician Ii I remain working here hoping that there will be promotion because some of slots are lacking .One good thing of this company is they re -hire previous employee.One good thing in this company is 1 year contract renewable and fare ticket from the port of origin base on aramco standard....Read More

Dislikes

As years goes by working in this company there is some benifits that suddenly lost and one thing we dont have allowance as technician compare to supervisors which has a higher salary and when saudisation and taxes starts we are badly affected.Even how hardworking you are there is no appreciation or promotion.We have colleagues of local nationality they will work if they want to they earn a higher salary compare to us.Thats unfair to us.Im always assigned to guaide and train them in order to learn the routine jobs....Read More
