Everything starts for the top management incapability content writer without experience closing deals are leading the marketing department, do not provide basic tools to use. No good ideas, No support from anyone they say open hierarchy which is irrelevant they allow boot lickers. Not a good place for experienced professionals

Where should I begin first? These individuals are incapable of handling experts in any field. As they put it, they expect a lot from a "seasoned" individual, but they don't provide the fundamental resources required for that person to deliver. When it comes to marketing, the corporation itself is unsure of what it truly wants and wan ts to achieve. The team leader, who is unrelated to marketing, is a CONTENT WRITER, by the way. She is unaware of the precise amount of deals that have been completed. Although she claims that content is the key, it can take two to three weeks for even one piece of content to get authorised. They are operating at Windows98-like speeds in this digital era of web 3 😭🤣. Zero ability to lead. Only if you Brown-nose them you will receive acknowledgement. Otherwise, you will be placed under "PIP" in 10–15 days. Companies use a period of time termed probation to evaluate a candidate's performance, and they put newly hired candidates on this programme. Let the candidate get a feel for your business, at the very least. They become offended if you suggest that the method you are working is incorrect. As a SME in any department, you are unable to speak up when something goes blatantly wrong. You are then covered by PIP.🤣🤣. BTW ALL THESE GOODIE GOODIE REVIEWS U ARE READING IN HERE AND ON GLASSDOOR PORTAL. EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN BY THE LOUSY HR TEAM COZ THEY DONT HAVE ANY OTHER JOB TO DO..
