Hcl management will not address your issue at right time. Benefits are worst in the industry I would say .helath insurance doesn't include your parents.

The best knowledge one can get here as Sankalp hires the best. Training for analog design engineer is one of the best for freshers. Sankalp is better especially for freshers. So much to learn. The 4 months training here is the key point.
