You will learn so many things. Teachers are being trained every week. Salary structure is good.. if your ward is studying in this school then it's the best place to go ahead.. Principal Miss Sasmita Mohanty is a great role model for the institution.. strict for those who perform wrong activities..but sweet as mother if you are creative... English speaking is mandatory.

Working hours is tooo long... 8:00 till 5:30 some times 6:00. No job security. Work pressure. City is too far you should have your own vehicles. Female staffs are not allowed to talk with female staffs... During working hours other than official work.. Never make groups and sit. They listen to coordinator with out observing.

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as I was not aware about the school polices. I learnt new things on the job. I got a chance to showcase my creativity. Principal ma'am was too helpfull. She loves people who think outofthebox

This school is controlled by only one lady. No doubt she is very hardworking but she has no knowledge of IB and Cambridge board. That's why she had made coordinator to another psycho lady who has no knowledge of IB but knows how to do buttering and too much unnecessary gossips. Unnecessarily she will go to each teacher to talk negative about another teacher or if not then lady boss itself. Just because of her age, position, artificial politeness and smile people are controlling. Just because of her daily ka mental torcher, many good experienced IB teachers left the school. But very cleverly she puts all the blame on Lady boss, more work culture etc. On teacher's face she abuses Lady boss and on Lady boss's face she says negative about teachers so that she can hide her own mistake....Read More

Believe me all the positive reviews are fake. Many teachers were ordered to write positive reviews. This school is under the dictatorship of only one person and her close friend who is DPC. The Director, has worked hard and improved the CBSE section of the school a lot. But, she has no knowledge of Cambridge board and International baccalaureate. Just because of this, DPC is making fool to everyone about her fake knowledge. The most embarrassing thing is about unnecessary backbiting. You cannot grow in this beautiful campus with the cheap minded DPC and her team of same state. If you talk to any male teacher for even 5 minutes then she will start making bad story about you. She will not even hesitate in making false story of teacher and student. Now a days director started giving threats that she will call the principal of your new school and will say bad things about you so that you will jobless after leaving this school. Many just run from the school by leaving many costly things behind. All these things can be handled but the extreme backbiting of DPC at work place, unnecessary gossips and her drama forced many hard working and intelligent teachers to leave.
