I have worked in many places but i don’t have words to describe how i felt working here . It was horrible What i went through here both physically and mentally i don’t want others to go through same . There was no proffessionalism. They can kick any one out at any time . They don’t treat staff like a human being . They torture them with 15 hours duties and pay less . There is so much politics and no value of talent . They only expects good results . From outside it looks good but the reality is awful . The management only supports those who does flattery . For them it is all business they don’t at all care about parents or the childrens . All of this because of the management Hitler Sasmita Mohanty and her Chamcha sports HOD Vitthal . He use such harsh words and he has so many BAD HABITS . I was struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The Principal of the school pretends to be thoughtful about future of kids but in reality she is perfectly money minded personality. She insults teachers in front of students. Most of the students here are from rich families who think they don't need to study hence their result doesn't show up that well and this leads to the scenario where principal blames teacher. Most of the teachers work here only for 1 year and they never return back to this school. The working hours of the school are about 10 to 12 hours. You need to be available 24X7 for anything. Salary range starts from 25k but you will be made to work for at least 100k. Lady boss fools employees by saying that school is providing food and accommodation for free but actually she wants you to be available 24X7. There is just showoff of glamorous campus. Lady boss wants students to be disciplined but teachers can not even shout at them otherwise student will leave the school and that is loss of about 3 Lacs to the school. So in any circumstances like this or due to a small complain from parent lady boss terminates the teacher without any notice. It can be understood about no corporal punishment which is good but students have no fear about any action taken against them which is never taken leads to students being indisciplined. Moreover even students sometimes complain about a teacher resulting in termination of the teacher. Lady boss doesn't even give chance to explain your point of view. She knows there are too many graduates who are unemployed so she will find someone to replace the terminated ones. Too much burden of extra classes and never ending work. One teacher gets minimum of 30 classes out 45 every week and also remedial class for 3 days, Olympiad class for 2 days, prep class for boarders 6pm to 8pm 3 times a week. IN ONE WORD, DICTATORSHIP. Extremely TOXIC environment. Director Principal is extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge of Cambridge and IB curriculum. SHE IS A TORTURE. She threats people. She will take away your original certificates and not return them when u want to leave. She threatens staff who wish to leave, saying that you will be blacklisted so that no school gives u work. Extremely rude language, expects staffs to touch her feet and treat her as a God. Also very self obsessed. Does not pay salary well. She imports people from Bengal saying they will ask for less salary. And for the same reason she can insult you in front of whole school, students, team meetings. People shiver to enter her office. Doesn't care if u have health issues or u are getting married, she will ask u to change your marriage dates according to her convenience She doesn't believe in listening. She only commands and team meetings are a one way communication. Every day she calls all teachers in office and scolds them.. says things like U are good for nothing and are wasting time.. God will punish u. Getting out of this jail is so shard that people have ran away in the night leaving behind their original certificates and passports. Teachers cant sit in class, cant talk, cant put head down, must touch her feet and wish her even if u are eating or dying! This school is an international school, but nothing in this school is of international standard. The whole campus is controlled by a egoistic lady, director-principal. There is no fixed working time. When ever they say we need to go. The teachers are treated worse over here. If you need to spoil someones life, this is the best place both as a teacher and student.
