Extremely strainous work culture. The only thing an employee learns is how to slog. They don't pay salary on time. Without any notice they deduct salary as per their wish. The teachers change every now and then, it's reflected in their higher secondary results. They don't have any policy or planning... Absolutely horrible and disgusting. The person running the school doesn't have any control over her tongue....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
