I can't think about anything I liked about this company.

Don’t fall for these reviews. Most of these are fake, you can easily identify them by how mass reviews were posted in 2-3 days span and how every review suspiciously have 4-5 star. First of all there is no job security you can and will be fired without any notice. People stay in this company for average 4-6 months. You will be given unrealistic goals to achieve. If you achieve that good job the next goal will be more unrealistic. You will be juggling 2-3 people's work by the end of the month of your joining. This will continue until you quit yourself or they fire you. Your job will be scrutinized constantly by your seniors. And you will be put on the pedestal for every minor mistake you make. The seniors only survive because they learned to do this. They will never miss a chance to humiliate you. The work account from which you do your work will have very limited rights, and you will be required to ask for permission every time you want to do minor change. The seniors deliberately delay the process of approving your request. But you will later be blamed for delaying the work. This one time I asked to delete an tally entry I made as party withdrew their credit note. They deliberately didn't do this and a week and later humiliated me by saying I passed wrong entry. Even though none of this was my fault or mistake, I followed all the rules to a T. There is no HR ploicies for employees. HR will not take your side any time of day. There's barely any holidays. You will work on alot national holidays too. Money will be deducted if you fail to join even a single day. You will never get a work certificate unless you serve 3 months notice period. Your work times will be averaged 10+ hours. No promotion or appreciation on your work. Promotion only comes in the shape of increased responsibilities not increased pay.
