Not much hike in salary very nominal 5% than your previous . There is lot of admin work here .Staff here doesn't co-operate in taking stationary in one time in a weak comes several times in a day admin assistant works get disturbance by them . 80 % staff here are late comers in the morning that also admin has to suffer as senior puts up email to you and admin is responsible for other staff punctuality like he/she is HR position not Admin Assistant. Then the senior ask you to meet for 3 month probation period experience when admin assistant puts the word infront of them ,they will not take any action for a change or what you have suggested (example - attendence machine can be installed here ) and at last you're left with resigning option as you will be pissed by the working environment here ....Read More

Their work culture is very bad They promote buttering, favouritism, back biting... Management has no idea what is going behind their back. Senior team members.. Doing wrong practice about vendors payments, money utilization, they got money from funder for society betterment but they fill their own pocket.

No guidance is provided by supervisor. Very Toxic work culture. Training is not provided appropriately. Blame is thrown on the head of the employee even the fault is of employer. No appreciation of work done. Always threatened to dismiss from job indirectly.

Poor leadership, mentorship and no guidance (as people in leadership positions do not have specialized training and experience in research or mental health), unnecessary micromanagement (to show that they are contributing to the ongoing work), bias, favouritism, discrimination (same organizational rules apply differently to different people, they only listen and support to the staff who do not ask questions and do what they ask- basically who does buttering), toxic and noisy workplace environment (office is in a residential area, in Kolar road area from where it is hard to get a cab or auto) and poor quality of research (as people with no specialized training in research). Not a place to work for progressive women as gender disparity is significantly visible and no females in leadership positions. Poor staff benefits, including annual increments (only a 5% annual increment), leave (no sick and casual leaves, only 24-30 (non) paid leaves and eight national holidays), and group insurance with a limited amount. No job security (they will ask you to write your research proposals and get the funding to get paid your salary despite not being trained or qualified to do so) as most of the positions are project based. No respect and value towards the staff. (They pay between 18-25k to junior staff.
