Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and and management is transparent. Company policies are good,apprisals fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The compensation you will get is up to the mark. Benefits like mediclaim , accommodation, convenience also very good. All the other facility is there that make the company good you like to work for. But

Dislikes

But, the culture of Indian management team is very bad like shame-full for mnc like sandvik. You will not feel comfortable in ground work environment. You will feel like you are working in road side garage not in a mnc.
