You could saw in the rating itself... It's really good to be a part of Sandvik and working as Sandvik design engineer.

Dislikes

It's a MNC leading earth moving related heavy machinery minig industry and one of the best and leading in this field. Even though we do not know why they are not taking permanent roles in our company. Most of the employees are from Consultancy third party roles.

From day one I am working in Sandvik office, I don't know about Novem office environment because they have deputed me into SANDVIK. So whatever policy are there in Sandvik is strictly followed by Novem Solutions, I can assure Novem Solutions follow good professional ethics.

Dislikes

Every other payroll companies has 1 month relieving policy at the Resignation time, but Novem Solutions follow 3 months policy which doesn't make sense because here they will not pay if you don't have tasks ( bench period)
