No proper trainee will be given ,waste and no job security and very bad experience,and the mentor is not good useless guys and treating like school teacher don't know ntg ,he not fit to be a mentor totally waste and proper response from the hr side the hr will itself take there own dissions

The company has very good working culture and environment, Working hours are very favorable and Job security is a key point. During the pandemic when everyone was facing layoff, we had great appraisal and certain bonuses. The R&R which is held quarterly helps in improving and trying to better at our work. It’s pretty awesome and secure in Sandhata ..it’s MNC but people here are very helpful from HR to managers ..some benefits might not be here but it’s a great company to work for where you get appreciated for your good work.
