Worst management system no one is supporting you strict timing 8:30 am to 10:00 pm kon si company Engineer se 12 hrs work karwati hai trust me friends aap log yaha ake apna Paisa or time dono kharab karogey..very bad experience in my job currier

Koi bhi management nhi hai sr.ko baat karne ki tamiz nhi hai ye log North Indian ko dislike kartey hai company ka near by location bhi kharab hai mobile or paise chin lete hai.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
