Worst management system no one is supporting you strict timing 8:30 am to 10:00 pm kon si company Engineer se 12 hrs work karwati hai trust me friends aap log yaha ake apna Paisa or time dono kharab karogey..very bad experience in my job currier

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
