Great learning opportunities. It depends on your luck what manager you get. I was lucky to get a good manager. Every department has a shortage of employees so you can work there and learn.

Continuous work no break. I had to come even on Sundays. But used to get compoff for that. That also after asking the manager so many times. Working hours are 8hrs officially but it goes to 12 hrs minimum. They use you as much as possible. payment is very less according to the work that you do.

It is a new plant. So there are so many learning opportunities as people are less. It depends mostly on the manager you get. I was lucky that I got quality department and a great manager. He let me work wherever I wanted.
