ponies can work means smart engineers are not required good job security they will not fire you little but good for experienced persons but worst for fresher, they will extend your training or prohibition is damn sure, not for your performance, just for cst reduction they will extend your training and cut increment.

Dislikes

no career development on skill basis increment depends upon relations not on performance in south plants and gurugram plant worst situations plant is fully governed by the union where an engineer can not work working hours min 9, on an average 10 on the name of activities there is only formality means too poor management

As a fresher I learnt so many things at Sandhar. Specially I came to know about Inventory management and how does it effect to Company performance. I learnt about how to follow up purchase department and to communicate with the Sales to meet the scheduled target.

Dislikes

growth is slow and some time have to continue in other shift on same day.
