I have had an amazing time working with sanda management . the best part about sanda that you will learn how to do research . If you love it .you will enjoy it .the interview rounds is not that easy .. if you crack it ..you will be considered intelligent.. infact the idea is to have good intelligent team in sanda. The bosses are good .. no issues with office timing .. always salary on time and no deduction due to late comming . Flexible office hours . the boss ajit patel is not easy to work with. Nevertherless you willl learn many things through him through his great experience . He keeps giving chances and understand the employees potential .. if u have it .. you will do well .. workingenviorment is good. No time pass .. over all experience was gooooood....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
