Noting is good. Educated & skilled people cant stay there for a year. Worst experience it is like a primary school.

No proper salary, month end closer will happen by late 12 midnight and they dont bother abt employees at that time also there is no cab. No job security if md dont like a person then he will be out of the office, all arrogant old people no values for knowledge n skills, feels like every one is a employee and md is the manager, it islike a school. No time for logout if any manager ask us to stay then we should stay there is no time sense for dgm. Month end closer will happen at 12 am usually office time is 5.10. There is no extra pay no cab at 12 am too. Pathetic

Staffs are very supportive and encouraging but the top management people are mad and they are not capable to administer properly and has no benefit for hardwork also no respect for engineers.There is no value for new ideas and new technology development.
