The ambience is good. Evening timing is 3:45, which could get extended when there are meetings. The trustees and director are excellent people.

Dislikes

Every month, once we need to be at school by 7:45. It was far from my place. Internal biases that happen in the middle management can be avoided to have a more cordial atmosphere.

Likes

It's a homely atmosphere. All seniors are very helpful and very professional and well experienced. The management is also well planned and organized.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike. Maybe a cafeteria would be a good idea.

I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
