1. Work politics 2. Favourism to specific set of employees 3. Lala company (although real Lala is not involved in day to day working, employed representative considering themselves as not less than real Lala) 4. Always do false promises 5. Low appraisals 6. Everyone in SMHS is looting Motherson including Top boss and HODs 7. No specific set of policies, every employee will be treated different based on decision maker's personal bias. Specially, HR and Finance dept. HR is useless (why they have HR department, god knows) and CFO have no sense of how to talk/treat with someone. 8. You can be given any task any time even sales or any new area, for which even themselves don't have any prior experience or basic knowledge. 9. No job security. 10. One lady in office (ofcourse favourite of top boss) consider her self as dictator. They have tagline of "Proud to be part of Motherson", but Motherson will surely not consider themselves as Proud when they get to know the inside situation of SMHS Strongly recommend not to join SMHS even if you are getting 100% hike....Read More
