Top and mid level management really sucks. They are literally dictators, they don't give a damn about your feedbacks when they make any decisions. Due to cost cutting if you have to travel to korea, they literally count each day and over load you with lot of works to cut down the stay. Worst company to work . But it also depends on Team u r working in. Too much work pressure. People dont talk to u in professional way they try to demotivate or insult u if u dont know a particular task . its expected to work on late nights or on weekends .
