I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing much to like. Facilities provided by company like food , transport , time to time outings are good

Worst company to work . But it also depends on Team u r working in. Too much work pressure. People dont talk to u in professional way they try to demotivate or insult u if u dont know a particular task . its expected to work on late nights or on weekends . Mostly they provide tasks on Friday evenings and will ask update in Monday. Poor company especially for women
