When I joined as a fresher, their pay was decent and that was the only thing I liked about the company

Already written a review but wanted to add something... This company openly discriminates male and female employees.... Men are free to work late night till they wish to but for women they dont allow staying more than 7PM....I just who is making this kind of policy and if they care so much about women then why dont they start a cab service.. management itself is living in 20th century...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
