There is nothing to like about samsung. Well Samsung is a terrible place for your skill development, especially in India, because Koreans are the real developers over there, Indians are considered as cheap labors whom they hire for side works like bug resolving. The culture is intoxicating, you might even think of jumping from the roof of a multistory building as there is zero support from your manager and the staff member. Especially from a specific team FRAMEWORK R&D, well what should I say, the culture is the worst as over there, there is one guy, he is the lead of this team of 200+ members, everyone calls him "NAAG", he is more toxic than a toxic girlfriend. The power over there is in the hands of some ~40 years old guys, with almost negative knowledge about there own work, and asks freshers to do the entire work without contributing at all. They don't provide even a bit of KT and just blabber about how we need to do the work and come on time, stay till late, this is the only job of old farts aka managers.

Absolutely horrible place to work for. Colonial culture of corporate slavery and zero empathy towards employees and their well being. No work life balance (even on weekends), strictly logins with salary deduction provisions, (n) number of redundant reviews for which they won't even give you prep time. Avoid this company at all cost,if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company.
