Overall CTC offered are best in Industry. Non sales function can have a better work life balance.

Since I was in CE- Sales hence my entire perspective or opinion is with regards to CE - Sales Vertical only. Too much Korean Expat interference. These Korean Expats are treating Indians like third world citizens. Especially Gurgaon HO shouting and screaming of these guys is very common. Every Week the pressure is as bad as a monthend. Sales function is high pressure , Targets are very high and only a few are able to achieve. Pl don't fall for Sales incentive part in CTC as it is hardly achievable. General Trade no work life balance , Modern Retail working is still sorted....Read More
