There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. Absolutely horrible place to work for. Colonial culture of corporate slavery and zero empathy towards employees and their well being. No work life balance (even on weekends), strictly logins with salary deduction provisions, (n) number of redundant reviews for which they won't even give you prep time. Avoid this company at all cost,if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company.
