If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1. Absolutely horrible place to work for. Colonial culture of corporate slavery and zero empathy towards employees and their well being. No work life balance (even on weekends), strictly logins with salary deduction provisions, (n) number of redundant reviews for which they won't even give you prep time. Avoid this company at all cost,if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company. The processes internally are so bad that they will stop your growth and rate you subjectively basis your visibility to your bosses rather than objectively basis achieved numbers.
